Hey Guys... Back with a new post after a very busy week. We had the chance to go to Roland Garros and the We love green festival.  I'm so thankful that my blog has enabled me to experience these beautiful things in life... So thank you guys!

I had very productive weekend as I managed to shoot all the photos I needed to do and managed to shoot EVERY single piece of clothing I needed to shoot too! So I'm feeling really proud of myself! 

For once I am ahead of my deadlines in both my blog and my job!

Hello my loves.... Hope you have had a lovely week so far.. I'm currently at home writing this blog post with a bad flu.... I guess the change of the weather doesn't suit me as I'm always getting sick at this time of year... I've also been working like crazy recently so that hasn't helped.

En Rose

Literally the coat of my dreams arrived at my doorstep a couple of weeks ago... and voila! Here it is.... My pink dream! It's the first time I've owned anything so beautifully made and something that I can see lasting a long time... the quality is amazing and when I wear it I kinda felt like a super star..

It's from the brand Alice & Olivia.... A brand that I have just recently discovered and have fallen head over heels in love with... I'll show you the dress I got soon!

The summer holidays in Paris is almost over, so Paris will start to get pretty busy again very soon.

I have admit that I have enjoyed this month... It's been a lot calmer and I haven't had to fight for a seat on the metro(always happy to get a seat). It's been bliss.

Ohlalala.... When I looked at these photos, I kinda thought the outfit looked like I was going to watch horse racing....At Longchamp or ascot for example... I hardly ever wear such fancy clothes like this dress! aha... So it was kinda nice to dress up for this shoot.

How awesome is this weather? Short skirts and shoulders are finally out! With this lovely weather I put on the shortest skirt I could find and spent the weekend trying to get them a lovely bronzed colour... ahaha.

It's been a while since we shot in this beautiful street.... I had almost forgotten how gorgeous it is! Apparently not everyone had forgotten this street though... when we got there it was full of bloggers and people taking photos. We were pretty lucky to have nobody in the photos.

J'adore ces images ! J'adore la localisation ! La place Vendôme est sûrement l'un de mes lieux de balade préférés à Paris.

I adore these photos! I just love the location! Place Vendome has to be one of my fav places to walk around in Paris. It feels so chic and all the designer shops lining the square make it a place where I like to dream of one day being able to buy a Chanel bag… 

This shoot was an unplanned one when me and my boyfriend spent the weekend walking around Paris in an effort to burn off all the calories we consumed on our holiday! My look is still a little in holiday mode with my Manoush shorts and Chicwish off the shoulder top.

J'adore ces images ! J'adore la localisation ! La place Vendôme est sûrement l'un de mes lieux de balade préférés à Paris. Elle a un esprit tellement chic et toutes les boutiques de créateurs le long de la place en font un lieu où j'aime rêver de pouvoir un jour acheter un sac Chanel…Le rêve!

Cette prise fut imprévue et date de lorsque mon copain et moi passâmes le week-end à nous balader dans Paris pour tenter de brûler toutes les calories que nous avions consommées pendant nos vacances ! Mon look est encore un peu en mode vacances avec mon short Manoush et mon haut à épaules dénudées de Chicwish.

Si j'avais tout l'argent du monde, alors ce serait mon rêve de vivre dans un bel appartement parisien dans le centre de Paris, avec des murs roses

If I had all the money in the world then it would be my dream to live in a beautiful Parisian apartment in the centre of Paris with pink walls and beautiful white windows…. I'm sadly not so rich so I had to make do with shooting outside this dream apartment close to where I live…:(

My outfit was all cute with my Chicwish skirt, Manoush top and bargain bag that I found in a boutique in the 6th district of Paris(it kinda looks like dior right?). All finished off with my sale find nude ballerina shoes that I got the other day…. Can't beat a pair of ballerinas in my opinion!

Si j'avais tout l'argent du monde, alors ce serait mon rêve de vivre dans un bel appartement parisien dans le centre de Paris, avec des murs roses et de belles fenêtres blanches. Je ne suis malheureusement pas si riche, donc j'ai dû tourner en dehors de cet appartement de rêve... :( ha

 Ma tenue était toute mignonne avec ma jupe Chicwish, mon haut Manoush et mon sac que j'ai trouvé dans une boutique dans le 6e arrondissement de Paris (il ressemble un peu à un Dior, n'est-ce pas ?). Le tout terminé avec les ballerines couleur chair que j'ai trouvées l'autre jour... Impossible de battre une paire de ballerines d'après moi !

Ces boots... Cela faisait un looooong moment qu'elles attendaient dans ma penderie. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi je les porte seulement maintenant. En fait ce sont des boots super mignonnes, je pense que c'était juste moi qui manquais d'assurance vis à vis de mon poids.

These boots… They have been hanging around my closet for a looooong time. Not sure why it's only now i'm wearing them. They are actually super cute boots, I think it was just me having a wobbly with my weight.. as these boots tend to make legs look a little bigger. However, after pairing them with my trusted skinny jeans they ended up looking quite good. I chose to wear a long cardigan over this outfit.. I love to have the opportunity to swirl and twirl in clothes! haha.

I've started wearing this hat a lot in recent months, it seems to match with everything I wear! It also helps with the never-ending bad hair days! You can also see i'm wearing a new bag from Po Lux, it's big enough to fit in all my crap I carry around every day! Which always helps!

Ces boots... Cela faisait un looooong moment qu'elles attendaient dans ma penderie. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi je les porte seulement maintenant. En fait ce sont des boots super mignonnes, je pense que c'était juste moi qui manquais d'assurance vis à vis de mon poids.. car ces boots ont tendance à faire paraître les jambes un peu plus grosses. Mais, après les avoir associées avec mon fidèle jean skinny, cela a donné quelque chose de plutôt pas mal. J'ai choisi de porter un long cardigan sur cette tenue.. J'adore avoir la possibilité de tournoyer dans mes vêtements ! haha.

Je me suis mise à beaucoup porter ce chapeau ces derniers mois, il semble aller avec tout ce que j'aime porter ! Il est aussi très utile lors de ces journées interminables durant lesquelles mes cheveux font la tête ! Vous pouvez aussi voir que je porte un nouveau sac de chez Po Lux, il est assez gros pour contenir tout le bazar que je transporte avec moi tous les jours ! Très pratique !

Comme ces 2 années sont passées vite... Le temps file quand on s'amuse ! Ça été deux années de blog, et cela représente tellement à mes yeux. De vous avoir, vous qui me suivez et me soutenez. Je n'ai jamais réfléchi jusqu'où je souhaitais aller avec mon blog 

How 2 Years has flashed by… Time flies when you're having fun! It's been two years of blogging, it means so much to me. To have you guys following and supporting me. I never thought where I wanted my blog to end up( I still don't). But, I will continue to blog because I enjoy it. I love sharing photos with you guys! My mind is buzzing with lots of ideas to make Meet me in Paree much better for the next year. I have a few interesting ideas.. I just need to knuckle down and get going with putting those ideas into action.Motivation is needed.. Feeling super lazy at the moment! If you have any suggestions or ideas for what you would like to see here then do leave me a message.

 I wanted to create this "special" shoot for you! If you follow my instagram then you will know I have an unhealthy love for macarons, so I thought i'd do a little photoshoot with them… Of course Laduree macaroons were the only option. They look so yummy right?? And they were… Just imagine i'm giving you one! haha. 

For this occasion I chose to wear this beautiful pink dress that I got from ASOS. All my outfit is from ASOS actually. I hadn't ordered any clothes from ASOS in a long time, but when I thought about this photoshootI thought it was the only place I could get a total "celebration" look.  I was originally going to have a little party to celebrate my blog turning 2.. However in August pretty much all of my friends are on holiday so I decided to have a quite tea in Laduree… we couldn't take photos inside Laduree as it was far too dark. So I decided to photograph the macarons outside instead.

Comme ces 2 années sont passées vite... Le temps file quand on s'amuse ! Ça été deux années de blog, et cela représente tellement à mes yeux. De vous avoir, vous qui me suivez et me soutenez. Je n'ai jamais réfléchi jusqu'où je souhaitais aller avec mon blog (Et je ne sais toujours pas). Mais je vais continuer à bloguer parce que ça me plaît. J'adore partager des photos avec vous ! Mon esprit est en effervescence de tas d'idées afin de rendre Meet me in Paree bien meilleur pour l'année prochaine. J'ai quelques idées intéressantes... Il faut juste que je m'y tienne et que je continue d'avancer en transformant ces idées en actions. Mais pour ça, j'ai besoin de motivation.. Et je me sens super paresseuse en ce moment ! Donc si vous avez les moindres suggestions ou idées de ce vous souhaiteriez voir ici, laissez-moi un message.

J'avais envie de créer ce shooting « spécial » rien que pour vous ! Si vous me suivez sur instagram, alors vous savez que j'entretiens un amour maladif pour les macarons, du coup, je me suis dit que j'allais réaliser un petit shooting photo avec eux... Bien entendu, des macarons de chez Ladurée étaient la seule option possible. Ils ont l'air exquis, n'est-ce pas ?? Et ils l'étaient... Imaginez que je vous en donne un ! haha.

À cette occasion, j'ai choisi de porter cette merveilleuse robe rose que j'ai eue chez ASOS. En fait, toute ma tenue vient de chez ASOS. Cela faisait un moment que je n'avais pas commandé de vêtement chez eux, mais lorsque j'ai réfléchi à ce shooting photo, j'ai réalisé que c'était le seul endroit où je pouvais me procurer un look « de fête » complet. J'étais sensée au départ faire une petite fête afin de célébrer les 2 ans de mon blog.. Mais en août, quasiment tous mes amis sont en vacances, donc j'ai décidé de prendre un thé tranquillement chez Ladurée... et comme on ne pouvait pas prendre de photos à l'intérieur car il faisait bien trop sombre... J'ai décidé de prendre en photo les macarons à l'extérieur.
